1. Who we are
ResaleDXB is a broker platform for Dubai resale real estate workflows. The service helps brokers manage seller leads, listings, public broker websites, listing presentations, and client sharing pages.
2. Information we collect
When you use ResaleDXB, we may collect your name, email address, profile photo from Google sign-in, phone number if you add it, company or broker profile details, listing and seller lead information you enter, uploaded property photos and floor plans, extension login status, listing URLs and page data processed by the extension when you use it, support messages, technical logs, device/browser information, IP address, and usage analytics.
3. Google sign-in data
If you sign in with Google, we use basic Google account information: your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile photo. We use this only to create and secure your ResaleDXB account and to show your profile inside the platform. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or other sensitive Google data.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide the platform, authenticate users, maintain broker websites, save listings and leads, generate presentations, improve reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with users about the service.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure and service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, and messaging services. Public broker websites and listing pages may display information intentionally published by the broker, such as listings, broker name, company details, photos, phone number, and share links.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use secure cookies to keep users signed in across ResaleDXB domains and subdomains. We may also use analytics cookies or tags, including Yandex.Metrika, to understand usage and improve the service.
7. Data retention
We keep account, broker profile, listing, lead, and operational data while the account or service relationship is active, unless deletion is requested or retention is required for legal, security, backup, or operational reasons.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, secure session cookies, access controls, and server-side validation. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some data may be retained when required for security, legal, backup, or legitimate business reasons.
