By accessing or using ResaleDXB, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
ResaleDXB provides tools for real estate brokers, including seller lead management, listing management, public broker websites, listing sharing pages, and presentation generation. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security risk, or misuse.
4. Broker content
You are responsible for all listings, photos, floor plans, prices, descriptions, seller lead data, contact information, and other content you upload or publish. You must have the rights and permissions required to use and publish that content.
5. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with applicable real estate, advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and platform rules. ResaleDXB is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, or real estate brokerage advice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape or overload systems, violate third-party rights, publish unlawful content, or use the platform to deceive clients or counterparties.
7. Third-party services
The platform may integrate with third-party services such as Google sign-in, analytics, hosting, messaging links, or image processing tools. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResaleDXB is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, property transaction outcomes, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
